Snow, Man!

April in Colorado is the sucker punch, the deceptive trick that holds that if you take out your summer shorts and sandals, if you put away your winter garb, yea if you think thoughts of pollen and whatever bees do with it, that Spring will be in the air and winter will be banished until the furthest reaches of October.

Ha!

It snowed on Easter, twice last week and is supposed to snow tonight and all day Thursday. My spring clothes wait with baited breath on the closet shelf, while the winter wear hugs tenaciously to the coat rack.

Now, don't get me wrong,there are pleasant things about winter. This Thursday I'm supposed to work an hour and a half from home....I'm already planning my snow day.
Let it snow, man!
